To register for the Research Analyst exam, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

Open the NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) website using the following link:\u00a0https:\/\/certifications.nism.ac.in\/nismaol\/<\/a><\/p>\n

  1. Enter your registered ‘Email Address’ and ‘Password’ if you are already registered with NISM.<\/li>\n
  2. If you are not registered with NISM, click on ‘New Account’.<\/li>\n
  3. You will be redirected to a new page where you will see the ‘Candidate Registration Form’.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Once verified by NISM, you will be eligible to enroll in the ‘Research Analyst’ examination.<\/p>\n

      To enroll in the ‘Research Analyst’ examination, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

      2. Then, click on ‘Enroll for Examination.’<\/li>\n

      4. Now, click on the ‘Process to Testing Center Selection’ button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Now, you will be redirected to the seat availability page.<\/p>\n

        1. Enter your ‘Available Examination City’ or a nearby city (if your city is not available).<\/li>\n
        2. then select a nearby ‘Available Examination Centre.’<\/li>\n
        3. Choose the ‘Available From Date’ and ‘Available To Date.’ (Date range for the exam)<\/li>\n
        4. Then, click on the ‘Proceed to Exam Time Selection’ button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Now, you will see different time slots based on the date range you selected. Choose a date and time that is most convenient for you.<\/p>\n

          1. Now, check the boxes for ‘Same as Profile Address’ and ‘I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.’<\/li>\n
          2. Then, click on the ‘Book a Seat’ button.<\/li>\n
          3. You will see a confirmation message on the screen: ‘Are you sure you want to book a seat?’ Click on the ‘OK’ button.<\/li>\n
          4. You will see the TPSL screen. Click on the ‘Submit’ button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Exam Structure, Passing Criteria, and Marking Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The examination comprises 92 multiple-choice questions, each carrying one mark, along with two case-based questions. Each case includes four questions, also worth one mark each. This results in a total of 100 marks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
